The Journey Begins

As a nearly ever unsatisfied, but mega committed soul searching individual, the world has called me to many of it's places and people. I have pieces of my heart scattered over 9 different countries, and countless strangers who I'm lucky to now call, family. My hunger for understanding the human experience, the science of life and love and nature itself; all of these things have led me to discover things like: teaching yoga, natural healing practices, the way languages shape culture, body language and its subconscious telling nature, how culture influences the human experience, the power of adaptation, and the list goes on! All of that is to say I believe in notions such as: the sun and its energy force that creates and shapes life, in healing from love and self-love, and, if I could only believe in one thing in this life it would be this: the power of the human spirit and experience. We are all just walking each other home! We're not so different after all, and the more places I've been and people I've met, unplanned and unscripted, the more that is truth. Aside from all of that fluffy, granola stuff, I guess I will add that I earned a B.S in Public Health, and studied Women's and Gender Studies for 3 years. I was born in New Hampshire USA, but live married life in sunny West Africa . Where, you ask? I'm not going to disclose exactly where, that would be wierd! Perhaps if you can stand enough of my occasional fluffy topics and hippie self-healing pieces, you might find the answer after all! After all that's what its all about, right? Having the courage and patience to discover love and each other, what it means to be living a human experience, and what the world and it's people have to offer in the discovering of life's sweet secrets.
